Step Four:   The Building Begins

 

Now you are close to realizing your dreams and the tangible work begins.

 

Once construction starts, building inspections soon follow.  This is where hiring the right contractor makes the difference between finishing on time and on-budget, or stretching your project out endlessly. By proactively working with city officials and subcontractors, we can more efficiently maintain project timelines, which means better management of the project budget.

 

Another key differentiator between Ramstar Builders and other builders is our regular progress meetings with clients and architects (if any).  These progress meetings take place at the project site to discuss construction progress, design decisions, and remaining project schedule.  Clear, open communication and quick decision-making are critical to keeping the project on schedule.  The key benefit to these meetings is to set the client’s expectations and make all parties aware of any key scheduling issues that could impact the budget or time frame for completion.
