Step Three:   Plan Submission & Approval

 

It’s time for Ramstar Builders or the architect, to submit the project plans to the appropriate local building department.  This part of the project can often involve unique challenges.  For example, some cities and county building departments now outsource plan review, which can add significant time delays into the early stages of a project.
