Ramstar Builders offers architects and owners a solution to finding the “right” contractor for the job.  We specialize in medium to large scale remodels $50,000 and up. Our “First Look” cost analysis provides the owners and architects with options needed for design solutions.  If possible, we like to be involved early on to help guide the project in order to implement the most cost-effective construction solutions.  Expensive design details can usually be identified early on to avoid costly changes to completed working drawings.  It is imperative that owners know early on if their needs can be met within their budget. 

 

We provide walk through inspections, fast budget analysis to preliminary plans, subcontractor meetings, and thorough proposals including budgets and detailed project description.  A proposal can easily be modified to suit specific needs or to meet target budgets.  Specific clarification of product or allowances are carefully described to clarify all aspects of the project before construction begins.  Scheduling begins at contract signing and time critical items are organized well in advance.  On-site meetings serve to update progress and to set specific goals for decision making with a goal towards on-time completion.
